The RAND Corporation is a non-profit think tank that produces a significant amount of non-partisan research on issues as far-ranging as health care to military strategy. The RAND Corporation has conducted research for the military since its inception and continues to have close ties to its different divisions. Currently, the RAND Corporation has been engaged in a long-term research project for the Air Force (AF) on diversity. As part of this project, the research team devised a questionnaire to examine several different aspects of diversity one of them having to do with career choices. The purpose is to speak with current, recently graduated, or former graduates of the Air Force Academy about their experiences while studying there. The RAND Corporation would like to speak with you at your convenience by telephone or face-to-face if you are willing to take between 30-40 minutes to speak with us. All interviews are held in the strictest of confidence and no personal information will be recorded. If you are interesting in sharing your experiences with us please fill out the pre-questionnaire and return it to Christopher M. Johnson at the RAND Corporation. His contact details are below.
