We welcome corporations and vendors to capitalize on the unique opportunity to showcase your services and products in our Career Fair Exposition Hall. In some cases, an exhibit table is included in the price of your sponsorship package; however, we extend the opportunity to all seeking a great return on your investment.
Exhibitors will setup their table on Friday, August 27th, 6 :30 am - 8:30 am, followed by the official opening on Friday, August 27th at 9:00 am. Tables will be dismantled on Friday at 4:30 pm, preceding the start of the Welcome Reception.
Each exhibit space includes a one line identification sign, skirted table, wastepaper basket and two chairs. Recycling containers will be placed throughout the exhibit area. Upon return of your Super Reunion Participation Form, a confirmation, table assignment and Exhibitor Kit will be forwarded to you. Discount extended for multiple table purchases.
